Welcome to Flight HQ (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using our website, platform, and services (“Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, you may not use our Services.

1. Services Provided. FlightHQ provides a subscription-based software platform for flight risk assessment and management. The platform uses standardized metrics and professional pilot input to help users evaluate general risks associated with a flight.

Important: FlightHQ is not a licensed dispatcher, flight operations control center, or air carrier. Our Services are advisory in nature and do not replace the judgment of a pilot in command, flight department, or regulatory requirements.

2. Eligibility. You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services. By using the Services, you represent that you have the authority to enter into these Terms.

3. Account Registration. To access the Services, you must create an account and provide accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activities under your account.

4. Subscription & Payment.

Services are provided on a subscription basis.
Fees, billing periods, and renewal terms are outlined at checkout.
Payments are processed by third-party providers. We do not store payment card information.
All fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

5. Intellectual Property. All content, software, trademarks, and materials on FlightHQ are the property of the Company or its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, reverse engineer, or otherwise exploit the Services without our written consent.

6. Acceptable Use. You agree not to:

Use the Services for unlawful or unauthorized purposes.
Misrepresent the Services as a substitute for official flight dispatch or regulatory compliance.
Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to our systems.

7. Disclaimers.

The Services provide generalized risk assessment tools and advisory insights only.
We do not warrant that the Services are error-free, uninterrupted, or fit for a particular purpose.
Users retain full responsibility for operational decisions, regulatory compliance, and flight safety.

8. Limitation of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law:

FlightHQ and its staff are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.
FlightHQ is not responsible for any flight-related accidents, incidents, or operational outcomes.

9. Termination. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ends immediately.

10. Governing Law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict of law principles.
